4. Who Are We
Omniminds is an open-source platform for training and deploying autonomous agents that use computers like humans do — by observing and mimicking human interactions with digital interfaces. Most AI platforms today rely on manual inputs and rule-based logic, where users prompt models to produce static outputs, such as text generation, images, or code. Omniminds is creating a different approach by allowing the use of Computer-Use Agents, AI systems capable of performing real-world tasks on computers as humans would.
We aren’t creating an AI platform that only predicts or assists - we are building the next-gen AI agents that act autonomously, execute workflows, and interact with interfaces like a human. Manual inputs, connected to agentic tools, don't usually scale well, especially in advanced operations. For instance, you can use Omniminds agents on your desktop to write, run, and deploy software automatically, rather than use prompts to generate code snippets like ChatGPT.
Apart from being a training platform, Omniminds is a foundational protocol for the agentic economy — a decentralized network of digital labor, where people, machines, and software agents cooperate in real-time to complete tasks, exchange services, and generate value. OmniMinds is unique in the following ways:
